Parking for this sale will be on along the street, as this home is part of a residential community - please obey all traffic and parking laws. Please be considerate of homeowners and do not park in or in front of driveways, fire hydrants and mailboxes.

We are not responsible for accidents. We are not responsible for any police issued citations or warnings. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people in the home. We thoroughly clean open spaces and disinfect regularly to keep everyone safe and healthy during the sale.

Please bring packing materials for your purchase(s). We will have limited supplies on hand.

Removal of any furniture or equipment is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please bring the appropriate tools and help for removal. There will be limited assistance from the staff at the sale. All items must be removed by close of sale.

- No Pets - service animals permitted
- No outside food or drink allowed
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
