TERMS OF SALE: This is a bulk sale of all remaining assets of McRae Advertising. Everything will sell - as One Bulk Lot -to the highest bidder - regardless of price. High bid plus 10% BP plus applicable sales tax must be paid for in full by end of auction with wire transfer, cashier’s check or check with bank letter of credit accompanying and guaranteeing the amount of your payment.
10% BUYER’S PREMIUM: All items sold at this auction will be sold with a ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid.
REMOVAL: Purchaser must use bonded and insured movers to remove items. All items must be removed by 11:30 pm Sunday night, June 23rd . Purchaser is responsible for safe removal of the items from the location. . Buyer is responsible for any damage created by removal of auction items.

SALES TAX ON THE PERSONAL PROPERTY: 8% sales tax will be added to all items UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. Please note: Auction company has made a list of items for bidders convenience. There is no guarantee of the accuracy. No items that are fixed to the real estate are included- this includes but is not limited to the light fixtures,ice-maker, carousel bench and custom table in conference room. Bid increments are at Auctioneer's discretion. All sales are final.

GROUP EXTENSION:Online Only Auctions also have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed on an item within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction on that item for 5 minutes from the time the bid is placed. Example, if an auction scheduled to end at 11:00 AM receives a bid at 10:59 AM, the close time for that item automatically extends to 11:04 AM. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within the 5 minute time frame.
