(Because of insurance regulations, our staff is not able to assist you. Info on delivery and moving services are available.)
*Cash, Debit card (3% fee applies) and checks with proper ID and previous check experience with VT estate sales.
*Georgia Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your recent copy before checking out at the register, otherwise you will be charged tax.
*Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect all items prior to leaving the premises. Although we try to check all items, we ask that you plug an item in to ensure it works.
*Some photos may contain items in background that are not available for sale and noted in description when possible.
*Ask about placing bids on larger items (if available)
*VT Estate sales and the property owners assume no liability for any loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale.
* As a reminder, shoplifters will be prosecuted! Premises may be videotaped and / or photograhed.
*While we work to price every item, our staff will gladly assist you if a price tag is missing.
*Prices on some items are inventoried and price matched at checkout.
*No large bags or purses.
*Thank You for being respectful of properties and parking responsibly. (Do not park on grass or block driveways.)
*Please bring your own packing materials, boxes, etc for any fragile items.
