You MUST bring your own help to move items. Tips are not required, but recommended to thank our staff for helping you out.
All sales must be picked up by the end of the sale on Sunday or the specified “extra” day, usually the Tuesday or Wednesday after the sale. If you need to arrange a move, we can coordinate that for you.
A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all purchases for card processing. State sales tax will be collected unless you provide a copy of your Tax ID Letter and proper identification. We accept cash, card or Venmo.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NOTE: Do NOT park on Lenox Road! If you park on Lenox Road, your car will be towed. Please respect and obey the parking restrictions. Street parking will be on Wildwood Road, West Sussex Road and any available parking spots in the small parking lot across the street from the sale.
