* We accept Cash, Check with proper ID and Credit Cards (for an additional 3% processing fee)
* Georgia Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2016 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax.
* Please bring help to load heavy items. Our staff are not movers and cannot assist you.
* You are at your own risk while on property & grounds.
Vaughan Estate Sales & Appraisals and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale.
* Shoplifters and tag changers will be prosecuted
* No large bags or purses
* Please be respectful of properties and park responsibly. Do not park on grass or block driveways.
* Packing and boxes are limited so please bring your own packing material.
* All items purchased must be removed from property by 4:00 pm Saturday.
