The lots listed in this catalogue are being offered by Mike Robuck as owner subject to the following terms and conditions. By bidding at auction you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.

BEFORE THE SALE

Potential buyers advised to personally inspect any lot in which they are interested in before the auction begins. All lots are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO RETURNS.

AT THE SALE

Admission
Mike Robuck reserves the right to refuse admission to the premises and/or participation in any auction including rejecting bids.

Payment
Payment can be made via Cash or Check and is expected day of, during or at the end of the sale.

Bidding
When making a bid, a buyer or bidder is accepting personal liability to pay the total price including buyer's premium, sales tax, and other applicable charges.

Auctioneers Discretion
The auctioneer has the right at his or her absolute and sole discretion to refuse any bid, to advance the bidding in such a manner as he or she may decide, to withdraw any lot, and in the case of error or dispute, and whether during or after the sale, to determine the successful bidder, to continue the bidding, to cancel the sale or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive.

We are not responsible for any accidents that occur during the sale.

AFTER THE SALE

Collecting Items
Items are to be collected DAY OF. We will NOT hold anything. Expect it to be burned - Mike wants it out of here.

We are hosting another Mike Robuck estate sale and auction. Get this stuff outta here! Preview and purchase items from the estate sale starting Wednesday, January 20th from 8am - 5:30pm through Friday, January 22nd ending at 12pm (noon). Beginning at 5:30pm on Friday, January 2nd, the sale will transition into an auction and the remaining inventory will be sold to the highest bidder. 

The auction/estate sale will take place inside the rear of the building and outside in the courtyard. Please practice social distancing - masks are preferred. 

If purchasing a large item, please bring your own help! All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. NO RETURNS - MUST be picked up when purchasing. Cash or Check is accepted.
