ESTATE SALE TERMS

AT THE SALE
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranty or guarantee is implied. Prospective buyers must inspect the items in person before purchasing to confirm the condition of the items. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via Cash, Check, Venmo or Paypal and is expected day of when purchasing items.

COLLECTING ITEMS
Most items are to be collected DAY OF. We will NOT hold anything for longer than 1 week after the day of the sale. After that, expect it to be burned - Mike wants it out of here.

Mike and Atlanta Auction Gallery reserve the right to refuse admission to the premises and/or participation in any auction, including rejecting bids.

BIDDING
When placing a bid, a buyer or bidder is accepting personal liability to pay the total price including buyer's premium, sales tax (8.9%), and other applicable charges.
