Terms of Atlanta Estate Sale Companies, LLC Estate Sales
Forms of Payment: We accept Cash and All Major Credit Cards. There is a 3% convenience fee for all credit cards. (No personal checks please.) We reserve the right to refuse any sales without proper photo ID.
Pricing: We are unable to provide pricing or availability of items.
Tax Exemption: We collect sales tax on all items. This is required by the State of Georgia. Please bring a filled out resale certificate if you are tax exempt. If you do not have a resale certificate with you, we will have to charge you sales tax.
No Refunds: All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds, No Returns. Please check your items!! All items are to be considered used. We do not plug every item in and start every item, it is your responsibility to check your item. Thank you!
Packing Items: We will provide bags and wrapping at a packing station outside of the sale. At times, we will run out, so please be prepared with a bag or paper, as this occasionally happens.
Recalls/No Warranties: We may be unaware of a recall or safety issue on an item being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing it.
Offers Considered: We allow offers on all items....ask about details at one of our sales.
No Moving: Please be prepared to move your items that you purchase. At times we will have men on premises, who work for a moving company and will accept tips, but our employees are unable to move items as our Worker's Compensation policy prohibits it. We will be happy to recommend a delivery service.
Holding: "Holding" is a commitment to buy. We reserve the right to ask you to pay for items in the HOLD AREA.
No Restrooms: This is a private residence. We do not have public restrooms.
Safety: We are not liable for accidents that occur in the residence. Please use caution in the residence and be aware of your surroundings, steps, and your physical limitations. Please be mindful of your environment at all times including stairs, turns, doors, low hanging items including light fixtures, etc.
Parking: Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, etc. The driveway is restricted for loading vehicles only.
Stealing: Removing stickers or swapping stickers is stealing and will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises and have the right to file charges if anyone is caught stealing or vandalizing property, whether in person or on video.
