Venmo, Zelle, Debit/Credit accepted. Bring help to load your car however delivery will be available for a fee($50). All sales final. Items in photos will be available for presale starting 7/25(send email or text 917-525-8902).
Estate Sale Presale Information:
We are excited to offer a presale opportunity for our upcoming estate sale. Here’s how it works:
1) Make an Offer:
If you see something listed that you're interested in buying, you can make an offer on the item.
2) Deposit:
Upon agreeing to an offer, a 20% deposit will be required to secure the item.
3) Viewing:
You can come to view the item in person on Tuesday or Wednesday.
4) Final Purchase:
If you decide to purchase the item after viewing it, the full balance is due prior to the start of the sale on Thursday morning.
5) Item Pickup:
If you cannot physically take the item before the sale starts, we can mark it as sold and arrange another time for pick-up.
