Buyer is responsible for any damage to property during item removal.

No large bags or purses allowed.

Everything inside the home is FREE! Yes, free. Yes, donations are welcome, but not at all required. That being said, there are very firm rules for this sale.
Rules:
- Respect the home and others. Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave for disruptive, abusive, threatening, unsafe, and/or suspicious behavior. Security onsite.
- Must remove anything you get yourself - there will be no help. This is a 3 story home with stairs.
- No early birds
- Things will start going in a massive dumpster around 4PM EST. You're still welcome to come by until closing 6-7ish, but please keep that in mind.
