* Property that has been paid for but not picked up by the end of appointed time period will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund. Exceptions will be made if customer contacts us prior to end of pick-up timeline and other arrangements (agreeable to all parties) are made in advance.

* Buyers must be prepared to lift, carry and load their purchases into their vehicles. The team at Dumont Designs LLC is not authorized to assist in the moving, lifting or loading of such items.

* Dumont Designs LLC is not responsible for any injuries sustained throughout the pick-up process.
