Hi, thanks for viewing our estate sale. Please review the following terms before making a purchase:

1. All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, and no exceptions.

2. Payment methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and Venmo. A 3.75 percent processing fee applies to credit card purchases. Charges will appear as Leave it to Lara!. Sales tax will be added to all purchases unless a valid ST-5 tax exempt form is provided at checkout.

3. Questions and availability: We will do our best to answer questions as time allows; however, response times may be limited during the sale.

4. Pickup and moving: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own labor, tools, and materials for pickup. Our team may not be available to assist with moving, loading, or delivering items. We are happy to recommend trusted movers or delivery services upon request.

5. Enter at your own risk: All attendees enter the property at their own risk. Estate sale locations may include stairs, uneven flooring, tight walkways, outdoor paths, changes in elevation, and other typical residential hazards. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with being on the property.

6. Liability waiver: Leave it to Lara!, the homeowner, and all affiliated parties are not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage sustained while on the premises, including during pickup, loading, or removal of items.

7. Children and supervision: Children must remain with their parent or guardian at all times and be closely supervised. Any item damaged or broken during pickup must be purchased by the responsible party.

8. Care and respect: We kindly ask all buyers to handle items with care. These belongings represent a lifetime of memories for our clients, and we appreciate your respect while shopping and during pickup.
