Property is under 24 hour surveillance. Security is onsite prior, overnight and during the sale!

Pictures are taken throughout the set up process... items may be moved from their original position as seen in the photos.

We have staff onsite to help move and load furniture onsite. Delivery may be available for a minimal fee. Delivery will be contactless and delivered to driveway or garage.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of people in the home.

Due to HOA restrictions there is ABSOLUTLY NO PARKING in the neighborhood.
Parking is across the road (Wells Fargo Bank) before the neighborhood entrance , a golf cart is on site for transport to the sale house (sale is a 3 minute walk from parking).
You will be able to bring your vehicle to the sale house for item pickups only

Due to the volume of merchandise inside the house we will have to regulate the amount of people inside , we will try to have no more than 40-50 people inside at any given time.
