Please note: Payment for invoices over 2500.00 must in the form of a wire transfer or cash or certified funds (cannot take possession until funds clear). Thank you for understanding. Any shipping invoices over $250 will also require payment via wire transfer and all will require signature before shipping. We reserve the right to ask for a photo of the buyer holding their drivers license to confirm that we have the correct person bidding when using a credit card.

Some items have been used and transported so many have dings or damage. Some items have been adjusted for screen use. TERMS: All items must be paid in full with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted on any invoices under $2500; all invoices over that amount must be paid by wire transfer or cash. Cash payments over 10k must be accompanied by Form 8300.
Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment by card, for invoices totaling less than $2500, can be made using the link on the invoice.
REMOVAL:
Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Winning Bidders will receive a second email after the invoice. This email will be from ShippingSaint and there you can schedule a pick up time. Most items will not be available for shipping by us, but we will work with your shipper or can provide names of movers. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal will incur additional expense.
ADDITIONAL REMOVAL TIME: Any pickups that are delayed beyond the 3rd day after auction close, due to any extenuating circumstances, will incur additional fees. That cost will start at $25 per day, per pallet rack bay section of space required to house items awaiting pickup. Please note: Items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be resold – buyer will receive any balance due over storage fees and commission
LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to BidSells and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax( 8%) will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 15% buyer’s premium of $150 will be added making the purchase price $1,150.
