We have a few boxes available, but if you feel motivated, please bring boxes and packing material - you'll need them!
Always bear in mind that we are an estate sale company, not Neiman's.
Please make an effort to bring your own muscle (gardener/house boy) to load heavy furniture.
Terms of Sale
Our terms of sale are very simple:
All items sold as is, where is.
All sales final.
No refunds.
No returns.
Honestly, that is about as simple and direct as we can make it.
To be absolutely clear there is no warranty or guarantee of any kind for anything we sell. We don't sell on-line or over the phone, so you decide for yourself, in person, if you want an item and if it will meet your requirements. Once paid in full, it belongs to you and you are responsible for transporting it to its new home.

A Southern Spirit
Description & Details
I often hear from friends, dealers, collectors and designers, that there just haven't been many decent estate sales to attend or to buy from. Sales are either full of absolute junk, furniture that's been ridden hard and put up wet, ridiculous pricing, or run by staff that doesn't live up to expectations. THIS sale will surprise you with the depth of collections, the amount of collections and the caliber of contents. Be ready to be quite impressed with the contents of each room.
This is a comfortable house cozily nestled in the Riversong area of Dunwoody on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the Dunwoody Country Club. This house was designed by the clients 40 years ago with a very open floor plan, master on main and a very cozy backyard entertaining area with pool and gardens. The clients are both in their 90's, recently moved to an assisted living facility and are ready for us to open the doors of their home to the public, for a very good estate sale experience. The furnishings and findings reflect a passion for travel and purchasing. One of the clients worked for Juice Plus until she was 85, so the house is quite full of very interesting collections, entertainment supplies, etc.
This house is stuffed with antique and vintage furniture, artwork, Persian rugs, some sterling silver, silverplated holloware and flatware, sets of china, good stemware, table lamps, tool rooms, all spread out over a dining room, kitchen/great room, sunroom, two bedrooms, full basement, office, garage (with two available vehicles, his & hers Cadillac Escalades) and special treasures - LOT'S of smalls!

Do you enjoy estate sales? How about scrunging at yard/garage/thrift stores? Please realize that there is a huge difference between authentic estate sales and the other venues to get your fix. I personally love to dig through any type of sale (hence my Ph. D in shopping) to find a hidden treasure that just "speaks" to me.
Just a word to let you know that estate sales are a real business. Surprising, huh? Please realize that we are a contracted company, whose job is to sell the contents of someone's home. Occasionally we'll have some items included in our sales that are on consignment.
When tempted to ask "Can you do better on the price?" - sure, we can double it! ;-)
Seriously, we do a lot of behind the scenes work to prepare a property for a sale. We price, clean, stage, move, hang, repeat, so that your shopping experience can be fun and rewarding. All we ask in return is that you have fun, find some goodies and tell others about our sales.
We LOVE what we do and most of our customers. Please realize that we don't tolerate theft of any kind at our sales. If you want to steal from estate sales, please realize that you need to visit another sale, not ours.
We have zero tolerance for theft at our sales and will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law - no questions!
Terms and Conditions:
- WE ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE REGARDING SPECIFIC ITEMS AT EACH ESTATE SALE SUCH AS PRICE, SIZE OR AVAILABILITY.
