• 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning bids.
• 8.5% Georgia Sales Tax will be collected unless the buyer provides a valid tax-exemption certificate.
• Payment: Cash or known check.
• All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding. Preview begins at 10:00 AM on auction day.
• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks.
• Buyers are responsible for the removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items. Please bring appropriate help, tools, and vehicles for larger purchases.
• Announcements made by the auctioneer on auction day take precedence over previously published information.
• South Augusta Auction Company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to personal property while attending the auction or removing purchases.
• Merchandise descriptions and photographs are provided as a convenience. Buyers should rely on their own inspection when determining an item's condition, age, authenticity, or value.
