This is not a traditional "auction", the fixed price and description of each item is listed under each photo. If you want to purchase at that fixed price, click the "ask a question" button under the photo of the item you want to buy, include your name and email address and we will email you an invoice that you can use for paying with a credit card. (A 3% cc fee will be added to all invoices.) Or, I can give you our venmo username. Items must be paid for within 12 hours. We will arrange a pick-up time that works for you.
Photos will be added constantly for 4 days of items available in advance. Please keep checking back. To purchase, message us (ask a question) under the photo of item you want, include your email. Invoice will be emailed for purchases. Credit card and Venmo only for online purchases. 3% processing fee added to credit card purchases. Must make appt. for pick-up on July 23 or 24.
**IN-PERSON ESTATE SALE - JULY 30-AUG 2.
In-person will have THOUSANDS of items not listed online. 4000sf home and 40+ years of life. Watch this page for in-person sale details July 29.
1. Invoices will be emailed for ONLINE purchases. Payment due immediately with CC or venmo. If invoice not paid within 12 hours, item will be made available again to public.
2. MUST be available, or arrange for, the pick up of your purchases July 23-24. Shipping not available.
3. Bring necessary tools and help for large items. Loading assistance is NOT available.
4. Pickup location on Riverwatch Parkway. Complete address of pickup location will be on the invoice e-mailed.
5. All items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold.
6. A 3% CC fee will be added to the final amount when invoiced.
NOTE: We have made every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS, and where is. No refunds or returns. No guarantee that items are in working order. Dimensions given may be approximate.

Over 40 years in home being liquidated.
- Building is FULL, space is tight so please, no children or strollers.
- There are NO BATHROOMS!!
- City of Augusta requires MASKS IN BUILDING. Please practice social distancing.
- No large bags allowed.
- Cash or Credit cards. CC have 3% processing fee added. *NO CHECKS*
- Bring your own help and supplies needed for moving any items. Staff cannot assist.
