Anything left over from the three day estate sale will go into the Auction. We have also set aside many items just for the Auction and not the estate sale. Please see our estate sale starting the 20th. Lionel Trains will be restocked for auction. If you want to guarantee to get the item you want please come to estate sale. If you want to gamble and get it cheap wait to see if it makes it to the Auction. Pictures on this post are set aside for Auction ONLY. We have a great time. I bought two more XL fans for your comfort. Seats are also provided.
