SINCE THE SALE IS IN CHATEAU ELAN, THERE ARE RULES, SO PLEASE, PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND ADHERE TO THEIR REQUESTS – AND OURS.
1. You MUST enter through the THOMPSON MILL ROAD gate
2. When you get to the gate, let them know you are there for the Oliver Estate sale.
3. You will be given a sheet of paper with written directions as GPS is sketchy and can route you to a different gate. We are not allowed to put out our signage except at the residence.
4. You will have to go through a second gate…there will be someone there to open that gate for you. You MUST present the sheet of paper you are given at this gate, then place on your dash.
5. Once you arrive, you can only park on one side of the road.
a. Do not block anyone’s driveway
b. Do not park on the grass
c. All cars must be facing the same direction.
6. We are following CDC guidelines, so MASKS ARE REQUIRED for this sale. We also ask that you respect the 6 foot distancing from everyone who attends the sale. The home is large, so this should not be a problem.
7. All Sales are final and ‘as is’..no refunds or exchanges.
8. We will accept Cash, Debit or Credit Card, and checks at our digression.
9. All items purchased MUST be picked up before 4:00 the last day of the sale (August 29).
10. We DO NOT LIFT, LOAD or DELIVER. Please make sure you bring someone who can help you load larger items. No exceptions!
~Additionally, due to the corona Virus, we have been unable to save bags, packing materials or boxes. Please bring these items with you for your purchases.
