The Lowe Family continues to run the Farmers and Merchant Warehouse, and at one time partnered with the Stevens and Lowe Cotton Gin. The family has a long generational history of serving Marion County. They owned the Lowe Hotel in Buena Vista. They were also involved in many civic organizations and local banking.

The Lowe home dates back to 1860 it will be offered for sale after the estate sale has been completed. If you have an interest in the home you can leave your contact information. It will be given to the home owners at the conclusion of the estate sale.
