Private gated community - text phone number for gate access (provided at community entrance). Designated parking will be just passed the gate on the right or any available street parking.

- No Pets - service animals permitted
- No outside food or drink allowed
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Prices are simply guidelines, so please feel free to make offers on items of interest to you. We will gladly consider all reasonable offers for items.

We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (No Discover or AMEX), Venmo and CashApp, ApplePay, Paypal and Zelle. Checks are not accepted.

All sales are final. Items are sold as-is in their current condition. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges, so please let us know if you require additional assistance or information regarding a particular item before you make your purchase.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of people in the home. We thoroughly clean open spaces and disinfect regularly to keep everyone safe and healthy during the sale. Thank you in advance for helping to keep everyone safe!

Please bring packing materials for your purchase(s). We will have limited supplies on hand.

Removal of any furniture or equipment is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please bring the appropriate tools and help for removal. There will be limited assistance from the staff at the sale. All items must be removed by close of sale.
