Cash or check with proper ID,........ no credit or debit cards...Sales Tax will be collected.
Items must be removed during the sale dates if possible, but all MUST be removed by 4/21 if possible, but could arrange for pick up on Monday the 23rd.
Please bring extra help for loading larger items. We always try to have boxes and packing papers, but always bring extra for your own packing if possible.
NOTE....This will be a 3 day sale, ending with our regular AUCTION, selling all remaining at Noon on Saturday 21st
Please note....under rules of the State of Georgia we will be collecting sales tax on all sales, UNLESS you have a valid Sales Tax Permit that you can provide for us....PLEASE NOTE, UNDER GEORGIA TAX CODE, WE WILL NOT BE COLLECTING SALES TAX ON ANY COIN OR CURRENCY SALES//....ALL other sales are subject to the applicable tax.

We title this sale, the "Handy Dandy" sale and when you attend you will understand why, as this sale is one you will want to come and see, whether you are inclined to buy, or not. This beautiful home is filled with so many unique collectibles, and antique furnishings, most from the 1930's, 40's, and early 50's, certainly MUCH Mid Century to see. This estate has wonderful antique pineapple bed, hall tree chest, cast iron child's day bed, several 1940's console radios, large Victrola with speaker horn, smoking stand & accessories, Victorian couch, coffee table, many antique side tables, SO MANY items of everyday use, and all in working condition, but from the 40's and 50's....fold up toaster for example, early electric mixer (with box), old canister sets, red & white, red & black, and red & other colors glassware, china, serving pieces, (ever see individual coffee bean spoons?), match safes, antique coffee grinder, old wash boards, many quilts & linens, much original artwork, LARGE collection of folk art by R. A. Miller, shop tools including large shop smith style unit, old wooden chest ice box, many old Coca Cola items and collectibles, old toys, large collection of vintage (Civil War to today) newspapers, equipment and supplies for creating fountain pens, and building custom fly rods......as you can see from the photos posted, and we will be adding many more as we continue to unpack and set up for the sale, ...this is a collectors dream, and a unique travel back thru time for many.
