WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT, OR CREDIT. ON ALL CARDS A 3% FEE WILL BE CHARGED. That is not from our company, the credit/debit card company charges that. All items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. No holds unless otherwise stated.

Prices are firm unless marked otherwise. We do not negotiate before the sale begins. Discounts may be offered at the discretion of Brown Dog Estate Sales during designated sale times.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur while on the property. By attending the sale, all buyers assume full responsibility for their own safety.

All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
