This sale is in a private home in Buford, GA. Please treat the home, yard, and neighbors with care.

Entry is first come, first served. Please form a single line and wait your turn. Do not cut the line or save spots for others.

This is a hybrid pickers sale. Some areas are priced in place. Ask staff before you open closed boxes, unplug, test, or take anything apart. Leave price tags on until checkout. Do not hide items.

Pay the tagged price. Georgia sales tax applies to all purchases. Cards add about a 3% processing surcharge and Easy ACH adds a 1% fee, both on the total with tax. Cash has no surcharge. We do not accept personal or business checks. Major credit cards, cash, or Easy ACH only.

Pay for items before you disassemble, load, or move them. You are responsible for disassembly when required, loading, and moving what you buy. Family Estate Solutions of Georgia, LLC will not move or transport customer-purchased items. Bring help and a vehicle sized for what you buy. The piano and large furniture need movers or several strong helpers.

Paid items may be held at the sale through Sunday, November 8, 2026 (end of sale). Everything must be picked up by close on Sunday unless staff agrees otherwise in writing.

All sales are final. No refunds. Please shop with care. If you break an item, we will kindly ask you to purchase it.

Keep children with you. No pets, except service animals. No food. No drinks, except bottled water or a sealed cup.

Park legally on the street. Do not block driveways or mailboxes, and do not park on lawns. Follow staff directions for loading.

A doctor had to relocate suddenly, and almost everything in this Buford home has to go. Family Estate Solutions of Georgia, LLC is running it as a HYBRID PICKERS ESTATE SALE, so there is lots of good stuff to find in every room.

What is a hybrid pickers sale? The main rooms are set up and priced like a regular estate sale. Other areas are left closer to how the family lived, with some items priced in place, so pickers and treasure hunters can dig, browse, and find deals. Bring a flashlight, bags, and patience.
