5. Please do not block or park in the Driveway of the Estate Tag Sale location, as we need to keep this open for Customer Pick Up of large items after purchase. Also, we ask that you be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic. Please Do NOT park on any lawns.
6. We are not responsible for any injury you sustain while on the premises where the sale is being held.
We are not responsible for any Loss of personal items, damages, or theft of any items, or damage to any vehicle, or any item being purchased.
7. No large shopping bags or purses will be allowed into the sale.
8. All children are to remain directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times. Children are NOT allowed to play with or handle items before they have been purchased. Parent/Guardian is responsible for purchasing any/all broken items.
9. Due to Coronavirus risk, we are asking that all sale attendees to wear/provide their own protective clothing, face masks, hand sanitizer, etc. to help reduce any risk. We encourage social distancing. We will be limiting the inside traffic flow during the sale. We request that any individual experiencing symptoms of any illness to please stay away from sale.
10. All items are sold AS IS. We cannot make any guarantees regarding the operation/cosmetic conditions of items. There are NO REFUNDS.
11. Please respect the property. If you damage the homeowner’s property during the sale, you will be held financially responsible.
12. Please be aware that neither the Manager of this Estate Tag Sale, Volunteers, The Estate, Estate Sales, nor Home Owner will be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft.
