This lovely home is full of great items front to back and overflowing outside! Of special interest we will offer the contents of Mr Butler's woodworking shop as well.

We will begin at 8:30 on Friday selling the contents of the shop building and outdoor items. 🔨🛠⛏

China, crystal, glassware, kitchen items including Saladmaster cookware, vintage Pyrex & CorningWare. Christmas decor including a vintage Peco aluminum Christmas tree and vintage ceramic Christmas tree.

all equipment in the shop building has been well maintained, all in great working condition including a large workstation which includes a Powermatic 10-in cabinet saw and Rockwell 10-in tilting arbor saw...attached is a Vortex Cone particle separation system. Other equipment includes a BlackMax 5 HP air compressor, Craftsman bandsaw sander.
