Auction Site: On location at 1470 Greenwood CT, Canton, GA 30115

Preview: Friday, December 13th from 10 AM until 4 PM.

Registration: You may register at preview or registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time on day of sale. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms: There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.

Forms of Payment: Cash, personal checks, and all major credit/debit cards accepted. A 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions.

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE THE DAY OF THE AUCTION ARE BINDING AND TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ANY ORAL, PRINTED, or PUBLISHED INFORMATION.
