- Accepted payment methods are cash, credit card, and check.
- Credit-card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
- Checks require a current bank letter guaranteeing funds.
- There is no buyer's premium.
- A 7% sales tax will be collected unless the buyer presents valid sales-tax exemption documentation.
- Purchases must be paid for in full on auction day and before removal.
- Purchases should be removed on auction day. Any later removal of large equipment must be approved by auction staff before bidding.
- Buyers are responsible for inspection and for removing their purchases. Bring the labor, tools, trailers, rigging, and equipment needed for loading; auction staff may not be available to load.
- All items are sold as-is and where-is, without warranties or guarantees. Operating condition, completeness, measurements, model identification, and compatibility may be unknown unless announced by the auctioneer.
