1. CASH ONLY will be accepted. If you are short of cash, there is an ATM in front of Hobby Lobby in the nearby Kroger Shopping Center.
2. We will have some bags, boxes, and wrapping materials on site, but we recommend you bring your own in case we run out of these items. Please be prepared to wrap you own purchases as you see fit.
3. ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY 1 pm THE DAY AFTER THE SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS".
5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc.
6. You MUST bring help to load large items. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD HEAVY FURNITURE.
7. We are not Responsible for Accidents. Enter at your own risk.
8. Be respectful of family and their neighbors.
9. Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, park on their grass, or block mailboxes.
