Estate Sale in beautiful home off Mission Road, Bramblewood Estates in Cartersville, GA 30120. Items to be sold include furniture, glassware, collectibles and other personal property in home. Terms of the sale are cash or check with picture identification, denominations of $20 or less appreciated. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS. Large purses and bags must be left in your vehicle. All merchandise is sold "AS IS" with no expressed or written warranty or guarantee. Please inspect items prior to purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be given after items have been sold. Merchandise must be picked up by close of sale on Sunday, June 6 unless prior arrangements have been made or due to inclement weather. Parking is available in the cul de sac, please do not park in driveway to reserve for loading of merchandise. Please be respectful of neighbors by not blocking driveways or mailboxes. Boxes and paper will be available for small items, please bring assistance to load furniture and other large items, help WILL NOT be available at sale. FACE MASKS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY TO SALE. Parents, please keep children with you at all times, you will be responsible for breakage. You may enter and exit through garage due to the large amount of steps at the front door.
