Estate Sale Terms and Conditions:
All Sales Final:
All items purchased at this estate sale are considered "as is" and are sold without returns, refunds, or exchanges. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect items before purchasing.

Payment Methods:
We accept cash, cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle

No Pre-Sale Pricing:
We will not disclose item prices prior to the sale over the phone. Once the sale begins, we will provide pricing information and attempt to return calls with specific item details.

Self-Service Loading:
Please be prepared to move and load your purchased items yourself as our staff may not be available to assist.

Respectful Parking:
Park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or mailboxes. Please do not park on lawns.

Liability Waiver:
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained while on the sale premises.

Child Supervision:
All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children.

Entry Conditions:
By entering the sale, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have inspected all items before purchasing.
