*We accept Cash, Cash App and Credit/Debit cards. There is a 3% or higher convenience fee for all Credit/Debit card purchases. We do not accept checks.
*No refunds or returns....all items sold 'AS-IS". Please test all items prior to purchasing...electrical outlet/extension cord will be available for your use.
No large bags to be taken inside the sale. There will NOT be assistance to help w/ moving/loading heavy items...please bring appropriate vehicle and help.
* First Come, first serve! We reserve the right to limit the amount of shoppers in the house.
*Please do not block driveways. We will have loading zone blocked near sale for your use after checking out.
*All items must be picked up PRIOR to the end of the estate sale. We will "hold" an item only if it has been fully paid for.
