Larger sale items we can offer credit card use for purchases with a 4% fee plus taxes. Only on large ticketed items, with approval first. We prefer cash only and will only make exceptions for the large ticketed items.
Please bring help to load your items. Customers are responsible for removing items purchased and hauling. We do not offer delivery.

This estate sale is unique and one of a kind it’s actually two houses side-by-side that have practically new furniture in both homes. we are also offering pre-sales on these homes. If there’s something that you see that you would like you can pay for it and pick up the day of our sale, prices will be shown. both houses have sold so everything has to be out by Saturday, the last day of the sale.

#31 is a five bedroom house, fully furnished.
