PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR PURCHASES. Please bring your own boxes and/or bags to pack your purchases as our supply will not be endless. We prefer cash, however local checks and debit/credit cards will be accepted. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks. We are not responsible for accidents!! Signs will be posted. If you break an item, you must buy it. We advise you to be careful and do not let your children run around and play with any of the items. Everything is sold "AS IS" and all sales are FINAL therefore you should test any items, if possible, prior to making your purchases. There will be a lot of smalls to see so take your time and enjoy yourself.
The owner of the home was in the Navy during the Korean war. He has been to 19 countries and brought home several items that will be sold at this sale. He was majorly involved in the creation of the Rome Area History Museum and owned a hobby shop.
All contents of this homeplace must be sold this weekend. There are 3 bedrooms, living room, den, dining room, kitchen, screened in back porch, and outbuildings.
