TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for shopping with QueenBees Estate Sales! We strive to provide a safe, organized, fair, and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers while protecting the homes and belongings entrusted to our care.

By entering the property and/or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

PAYMENT

CASH ONLY.

QueenBees Estate Sales does not accept credit/debit cards or personal checks.

Applicable sales tax will be added to purchases unless a valid tax-exempt/resale certificate is presented before the transaction begins.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.

Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or warranties. All sales are final.

PRICING & DISCOUNTS

Prices and any discounts offered during the sale are determined in accordance with our agreement with the homeowner/client.

Discounts are not guaranteed. QueenBees Estate Sales cannot change pricing or offer discounts outside the terms authorized by the homeowner/client.

Please do not remove, alter, or switch price tags.

SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK

QueenBees Estate Sales and the homeowner/property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, falls, damage, or loss that may occur while you are on the property.

You enter the home, buildings, yard, driveway, and other areas of the property at your own risk.

Please use caution at all times.

MOVING, LOADING & PICKUP

Customers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, equipment, and transportation for purchased merchandise.

QueenBees Estate Sales staff cannot dismantle, move, carry, load, deliver, or transport purchased items.

If an item needs to be taken apart, please bring the appropriate tools. For furniture and other heavy merchandise, bring enough help to safely move and load your purchase.

QueenBees Estate Sales does not remove purchased merchandise from the property or deliver purchases for customers.

All purchased items must be removed from the property by the end of the sale unless specific arrangements have been approved.

QueenBees Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for purchased items that are damaged, lost, stolen, left behind, or not picked up by the end of the sale.

BRING YOUR OWN BAGS & PACKING MATERIALS

We strongly recommend bringing your own:

Shopping bags • Boxes • Wrapping paper • Bubble wrap • Packing materials

Packing supplies may be limited or unavailable. Customers are responsible for safely packing and transporting their purchases.

ENTRY & LINES

Customers are responsible for forming and maintaining their own line before the sale opens.

Entry will generally be granted in the order customers are lined up when the sale begins. Depending on the size and layout of the home, we may limit the number of shoppers allowed inside at one time.

Please be courteous and respectful to other customers. QueenBees Estate Sales reserves the right to address disputes, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or other situations that interfere with a safe and orderly sale.

We also reserve the right to refuse entry or ask an individual to leave the property when necessary for the safety and protection of our customers, staff, client, or property.

PARKING

Please respect the homeowner and surrounding neighbors.

Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, roadways, or other vehicles, and do not impede the normal flow of traffic.

DO NOT PARK ON LAWNS unless signs or QueenBees Estate Sales staff specifically indicate that lawn parking is permitted.

Please follow all posted parking signs and instructions.

CHILDREN

Children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times.

Parents/guardians are responsible for merchandise damaged or broken by children in their care.

Please remember that estate sale homes may contain stairs, glassware, tools, antiques, and other fragile or potentially hazardous items.

PRIVATE AREAS & ITEMS NOT FOR SALE

Blue tape, signs, barriers, closed doors, or other markings may indicate:

Please respect all restricted areas and merchandise designated as not for sale.

Do not open closed cabinets, closets, drawers, doors, or enter restricted areas when they are marked private or off limits.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS

Unfortunately, public restroom facilities are not available.

Please plan accordingly.

THEFT & SECURITY

SHOPLIFTING AND THEFT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Suspected theft may be reported to law enforcement. When available, photographs, video surveillance, vehicle information, or other relevant information may be preserved and provided to law enforcement. We will also post pictures of our thieves on social platforms to let everyone know who you are.

If you witness suspicious activity during one of our sales, please discreetly notify a QueenBees Estate Sales staff member immediately. Please do not confront another customer yourself.

These belongings belong to families who have trusted us to protect their property, and we take that responsibility seriously.

RESPECT THE PROPERTY

Please treat the home and its contents with respect.

Do not enter areas marked private, move barriers, open areas marked off limits, or remove merchandise from the property before it has been paid for.

Please be respectful of our staff, other shoppers, the homeowner, neighbors, and the property.
