Please leave large purses and backpacks in vehicle. All patrons must bring their own help for loading/carrying their purchases. No loading help will be available at sale. All items sold as is, where is. All sales final. Cash and cards accepted. Card users must agree to a 5% convenience fee. We will have attendants to assist with items if need be. Children must remain with adults and be supervised at all times whether inside or outside. .House will be the only building open during the sale, please do not enter pastures, any other structures or areas blocked by stretched ribbon. The grassy parking areas adjacent to CCC Camp Rd as well as the driveway are considered part of the property. By entering the property and the house you are acknowledging that you are doing so at your own risk. Not responsible for accidents or injuries to persons or animals anywhere on property or in the house 'You break, you buy' policy. Park and enter/exit traffic on highway at your own risk. AT A LATER DATE, A SECOND HOME WILL BE CLEANED OUT AS PART OF A LIVING ESTATE SALE AND MOVED TO THIS LOCATION. WEEKEND 2 OF THIS FIRST SALE WILL NOT SHOW ON THIS WEBSITE.
