~ALL SALES ARE FINAL~ This sale is a Cash, Credit Card (Cash App. & Venmo) sale. Please bring help to load any larger items. Everything MUST be picked up no later than 5 pm Sunday, March 7, 2021 or you will forfeit your purchase. Not responsible for accidents!!!

It is important during this sale everyone remains safe from Covid-19. Face mask are encouraged but not mandatory. Social distancing will be in place. You will able to enter the home from the front door of the house and the checkout will be in the back den. Pick up for large pieces can be loaded from the back car port. We do not have any supplies rope, straps, blankets, etc. (Please bring appropriate help and supplies). Also, we will have the basement open as well during the sale. There will be a checkout for those items. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES. We will have staff throughout the house to help take things to the holding areas and with any questions.
