Description & Details

This is a clearance of a lovely home located on a beautiful, landscaped lot.  But from a Guy's Point of View, the treasures are hidden in the basement workshop, which is loaded with fine tools in immaculate condition.  The owner was an engineer and a machinist, so expect a full range of equipment, including landscaping tools and The First and Only Magnatrac Mini Tractor we've ever seen (imagine a miniature Caterpillar).  It has a low amount of usage, so it is in excellent condition. 

Also of special note is the real leather sectional couch (by Cindy Crawford), the top-end dining suite (by Bernhardt) and the fine patio & porch furniture.   Check back for more pictures as we are still  adding photos as we are able.
