4) Sales staff CANNOT ASSIST WITH MOVING FURNITURE. Please bring help and tools to move large items. Loading area will be available.
5) Buyers ARE responsible for any damage incurred to floors, light fixtures, or other items while moving furniture.
6) Neither sales staff or homeowners are responsible for accidents.
7) ALL children must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
8) Please leave large handbags and tote bags in your vehicle.
9) No prices will be given before the sale starts. We will not presell.
