All items will be sold “as-is” and “where-is” with no guarantees of any kind. Pictures and descriptions are provided for your use. Auction bidders must register with a valid credit card with a current credit card billing address and driver’s license. Auction company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Checks may only be accepted from local Columbus, GA banks and with prior history with auction company of good checks. No cashiers’ checks will be accepted. Pick up will be appointment only. Please call 706-653-9207 to schedule an appointment. Shipping is available only for items marked shippable. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please give us a call at 706-653-9207. Anything that is not picked up by Friday, August 12th, will still be considered a sale, charged & paid for and ownership will revert to auction company as abandoned. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE LEGALLY BINDING.
