VEHICLE EMISSIONS WARNING

ALL PURCHASERS LIVING IN VEHICLE EMISSIONS COUNTIES

By Georgia Law, any vehicle that does not have a current valid passing emissions test certificate, CAN NOT and WILL NOT be sold to an individual living in an emissions county.

NO VEHICLES INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR EMISSIONS. NO VEHICLE INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION WILL BE SOLD TO AN INDIVIDUAL LIVING IN ONE OF THE THIRTEEN EMISSIONS COUNTIES. ALL VEHICLE DEALERS WILL STILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE REGARDLESS OF THEIR DEALERSHIP LOCATION.

Vehicle emissions testing is required annually in the 13 metro Atlanta counties in Georgia (Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale County) for motorists to complete their vehicle registration. WRECKED VEHICLES & TAVT SALES TAX

Georgia’s Title Ad Valorem Tax (TAVT) will be charged on all vehicles including wrecked vehicles and will be collected at time of checkout. NO EXCEPTIONS. See auction company for TAVT amounts per vehicle or visit eservices.drives.ga.gov

Avoid The Line - Preview & Registration Suggested On Friday, Dec. 2nd.
No Vehicles Will Be Started After 9:45 AM on Sale Day

Pickup/Removal Deadline
We recommend that all items be removed from the auction site the day of the event. All purchased items must be removed from the sale site by Sunday, December 3rd, 2023 by 12:00 PM. Ownership of any items not removed by this time will revert to the auction company for resale at a later time.

 Payment Terms

9% Local Sales Tax. 13.5% Buyer’s Premium Auction. $50.00 administrative fee per vehicle purchased. Cash & Checks. All Personal & Company Checks must be made to Evans Auctioneers, Inc. and accompanied by a current bank letter of guarantee. NO Cashiers Checks will be accepted. Visa, MasterCard,  Discover & American Express are accepted. Full payment must be made on the day of the auction and items should be removed from the auction site the day of the event.
