State Sales Tax must be added unless a valid copy of a resale certificate can be left at the sale. We must collect sales tax if you do not have a valid certificate with you. No exceptions.
All items must be removed from the site by the conclusion of the sale on Saturday. Please bring your own materials to wrap and pack your items.
All sales are final. All items are considered used, so please check the items yourself. No refunds, No returns!
Please do NOT bring large bags to the sale, we reserve the right to check your bags, any theft will be reported and prosecuted !
