PLEASE NOTE - NO PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING PICK-UP OF ITEMS.
There is a 15% Buyer's Premium charged to all high bid amounts, but there are no additional credit card fees charged.
The card you used to register for this auction will be automatically charged in full after the auction if your invoice is $5,000 or less.
All invoices over $5,000 must be paid via bank wire. Wire instructions will be sent to you after you receive your invoice. Wire instructions must be verified BEFORE sending the wire.
Your participation in this auction acknowledges your acceptance of these terms & conditions. DO NOT BID if you cannot abide by these conditions.
Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is your agreement not to dispute charges to your registered credit card for the full amount due for this auction.
Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless you are tax-exempt and have provided proper documentation. If you are tax-exempt, proper tax-exempt documents MUST BE provided to us BEFORE bidding for sales tax to be removed from purchase.

If we are unable to charge your card in full by the end of business on the day the auction ends, we reserve the right to resell the items to back-up bidders or others. If the items are sold for less than your high bid amount(s), you may be liable for the difference between the high bid amount and final sale price.
REMOVAL: Wednesday, October 7th from 9 AM - 3 PM for most items. Larger items that require rigging will have additional time, but must be by appointment only and must occur by Friday, October 9th at 3 PM.
RIGGING COMPANY - Bullseye Auction does not require a specific rigging company to be used for your removal. However, we have had a favorable experience with Kellerhals Millwright in the past. They have been to the site and should be able to quote you before your bidding.

COI - IMPORTANT NOTE: Certain items marked “COI Required for Removal” must provide a Certificate of Insurance for liability of at least $1,000,000. The COI must name the individual or company removing the items and name Bullseye Auction & Appraisal, LLC as additional insured. COI must be sent to and approved by the Auctioneer before prep or removal of the items.
Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal will incur additional expense.
ADDITIONAL TIME – Only larger items that require rigging will have additional time, but must be by appointment only and must occur by Friday, October 9th at 3 PM.
LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are delivered in a timely manner, NO EXCEPTIONS.

ASSET DESCRIPTION: All remaining personal property assets from 1818 Brewing Company, including JV Northwest brewhouse, stainless fermenters, brite tanks, storage vessels, Pro Chiller Systems chiller, kegs, fittings, clamps and other parts, refrigeration, stainless tables, coffee machine, TurboChef rapid cook oven, ice machines and more.
Also selling construction-related tools and equipment, miscellaneous steel, lumber and other surplus items.
