Cash and credit/debit cards accepted. Add 3 percent for cards to cover fees. Sorry, no checks accepted.

All sales are final. No returns or refunds, so please test electronics and check purchases carefully before paying. We want you to be happy with everything you buy!

Please bring bags, boxes and wrap. We will have some boxes available but little wrapping paper.

Numbers will be available Friday morning for entering the sale.

Please bring help for loading heavy items. We will not be able to help with the loading of furniture or appliances.

Bids accepted for items priced over $50. But we must be able to reach you Friday evening to notify you that we have accepted your bid and confirm that you will pick up the item Saturday morning. Items held for bidders must be picked up by 10 a.m. Saturday or they will be placed back up for sale.

We want everyone to have fun and be safe at our sales. But we are not responsible for accidents that occur. Please be careful on stairs and when digging through items looking for treasure. Entering the sale means you agree to the risks. Also, please treat the house with respect. It will soon be someones new home.Thank you.

This sale is a woodworkers or homemakers dream. We have everything for both! There's just about every tool you could want between the two garages, and all the items that make a home comfortable and fun. Plus all the things you need to maintain a large yard, which this house had. There's even a complete TERMITE BAIT SYSTEM if you want to do that on your own!
