LOCATION: The address will be released on the day before the sale begins. The nearest major intersection is Hwy 212 & Butler Bridge Rd in Covington.

PARKING: Sufficient parking is available at the top of the driveway behind the house. Please be courteous to other shoppers by leaving space for others to park and avoiding blocking in parked vehicles.

JEWELRY: Staff will direct orderly shopping at the jewelry table to minimize crowding and provide you with a positive shopping experience. Leftover jewelry will be sold at our next sale, so daily discounts do not apply to jewelry.

FIREARMS: Ammo and black powder muskets will be sold onsite at the estate sale. Modern firearms are available by private sale at another location. Please text Brian at 678.249.9097 for more information.

Day 1 RAFFLE: Upon arrival, you will find a sign-in sheet outside the home (posted 1 hour prior to sale start time). Please sign in to reserve your place in line. You are welcome to leave after signing in; please return at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time to participate in the raffle.
