Virginia Stoneware pottery from Strasburg, VA / by Potter's L.D. Funkhouser & S.H. Sonner - decorated w/ cobalt blue glaze -

Luther D. Funkhouser who was a pottery salesman had a facility where Strasburg potters like Samuel Harrison Sonner made pottery with his stamp for him. He retailed stoneware from around 1866 to 1903.
