This beautiful home is filled with antiques, and slightly newer furnishing, where family is retiring and moving to smaller home, and allowing us to sell memories for you to cherish and enjoy as much as they have for the past 25 years in this home, plus boxes that belonged to his Grandfather that have not been unpacked since they were packed in 1952. Furnishings to fill every room, and collectibles for nearly every desire. We will be beginning to search, sort, and display everything soon, so keep an eye on this sale as we discover and add much as we do.

Opening boxes that were "Mom & Dad's stuff" from years ago and finding some wonderful treasures, including Sterling Silver flat ware, boxes of costume jewelry, much vintage IVES and LIONEL trains, and accessories, very early Indian handwoven baskets, collection of dolls, Nutcrackers, MUCH hand and shop tools, Drills, saws, table saw, drill press, and others.....large selection of Christmas trains, lighted houses, and much décor, plus other holiday, and we are still unpacking...….found box sets of baseball cards, ...and while the process is long hard hours getting boxes out from stairway storage, or hidden in the garage...quite often "the heart starts pumping" when you open boxes and say...WOW!
That was what we said when we opened the boxes with the old trains...AND today when we opened old grubby ones and found the Granddads collection of very early American Indian arrowheads, spear points, clubs, pipes, beads, and jewelry, & many collectible rocks, 2000 B.C Egyptian scarab, and scarab beads more, plus WWII military shells. Turns out Grandad traveled in Arizona and the west and collected so much, including some very early great Apache, Pima, Hopi, Navaho baskets & collectibles........More boxes to open so keep this one on your list.
This is the largest collection of authentic early American Indian artifacts we've ever had at any sale. As I stated in writeup this man's grandfather was an avid collector and spent many hours digging, searching, and communicating with others, as he transversed the Country in his Government job with Education department in the 30's & 40's . ALL of this collection was packed up in 1952 when he moved last time, and never unpacked until this past week. There are 100's of arrowheads, many of the axe, hatchet, and working tools, plus beads, and other items.....STILL UNPACKING
