All Electronic Banking transactions will have a $2.00 service fee added to the total amount of the purchase to cover the transaction costs associated with electronic payments on that platform.

All items must be paid for at the time of purchase.

Several rooms in the home will be locked and unavailable for browsing. Please respect all posted signage.

YOU MUST BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS/FURNITURE! Workers/Volunteers on site will NOT be available for assistance with loading purchases or carrying items to your vehicle.

Items must be picked up by the end of the sale weekend. (5/17/2026). We do NOT provide delivery of items under any circumstances.

The owners of the estate are NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained during, or on the property of the sale.

All items are FINAL SALE. Please test all products before purchasing. There will be a place in the house where you will be able to easily test any electronic items.
