The sale will take place on Friday and we will only hold the second day of the sale if there is enough inventory to do so. Please check back here on Friday night to determine if we will be having a second day on Saturday.
CASH, VENMO, and ZELLE ONLY accepted during the sale.
We will NOT accept credit cards, Apple Pay or CashApp. Please plan accordingly and bring cash or access to your Venmo account.
All Venmo transactions will have a $2.00 service fee added to the total amount of the purchase to cover the transaction costs associated with electronic payments on that platform.
All items must be paid for at the time of purchase.
Several rooms in the home will be locked and unavailable for browsing. Please respect all posted signage.
YOU MUST BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS/FURNITURE! Workers/Volunteers on site will NOT be available for assistance with loading purchases or carrying items to your vehicle.
Items must be picked up by the end of the sale weekend. (5/17/2026). We do NOT provide delivery of items under any circumstances.
The owners of the estate are NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained during, or on the property of the sale.
All items are FINAL SALE. Please test all products before purchasing. There will be a place in the house where you will be able to easily test any electronic items.
