Estate Sale Guidelines

- Masks must be worn to enter
- Rain or Shine
- Cash, Paypal, & Venmo preferred. All major credit cards will be accepted but a 7% sales tax will be assessed.
⁃ Hand sanitizers will be provided outside the entry door and at checkout.
⁃ DO NOT ENTER THE PROPERTY IF YOU ARE SHOWING ANY SIGNS or SYMPTOMS included and not limited to fever, coughs or recent contact with the infection within the last 14 days.
⁃ Entry Numbers will be placed outside of the sale to reduce gathering crowds at the door before opening.
⁃ We highly recommend that you space yourself at least 6 feet away from other shoppers while waiting for your number to be called. If you are not present when your number is called, you will be permitted to enter in the next available space.
⁃ Only 45 customers will be permitted inside the building at a time
⁃ Only one person at a time will be checked out.
⁃ Each customer will be required to move, wrap and bag there own purchases including furniture. So please have enough help to move your own items.
⁃ All items will need to be removed sometime during the sale dates.
- All items are sold AS IS
⁃ While we want you to have appropriate time to shop, we ask that you keep in mind others are waiting. This is not a time to socially gather and discuss the talk of the day.
⁃ Last of all, PLEASE be patient. We will do all we can to be as efficient & helpful as possible during these times.

This estate sale features the full liquidation of my father and mother's public and private collection of antiques. Since 1988 my father has collected and publicly displayed various types of hardware related antiques along the top shelves of his independent hardware store. These pieces have never been for sale, but have only served as conversation pieces...that is until now. Joining their public collection of antiques, will be many furniture pieces and collections from their private residences.

For inventory that does not sell this sale weekend, we will mark 25% off next weekend (17th & 18th) and 50% off the weekend after (24th & 25th). Prior to both of those weekends we will send an email with photos to showcase the remaining inventory. *note* we will NOT being doing another AD on this site.
