* We accept Cash, Check with proper ID and Credit Cards (for an additional 3% processing fee)
* Georgia Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2015 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax.
* Please bring help to load heavy items. Our staff are not movers and cannot assist you.
* You are at your own risk while on property & grounds.
Vaughan Estate Sales & Appraisals and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale.
* Shoplifters and tag changers will be prosecuted
* No large bags or purses
* Please be respectful of properties and park responsibly. Do not park on grass or block driveways.

Besides a house full of household contents and furniture, the estate is loaded with cars in original condition, tools, carpentry tools and equipment, car parts, NOS and so much more. Most are new in the box and have never been open. I can guarantee you that you do not want to miss this sale.
